All Monkee’s boutiques are independently owned and operated so we are only able to accept returns on purchases from Monkee's of Charlotte.

Returned items must be unworn with price tags intact. Jewelry, handbags, sunglasses, lingerie, special orders, trunk show items, and discounted or sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We want you to LOVE your purchase! As a small business, we cannot accommodate every return but we will be reasonable. Please contact us directly with any questions or concerns.

IN-STORE Returns Policy
Since you were able to touch, feel, and try on the item for fit and size, you have 5 days for a refund to your original form of payment and 10 days for a store credit or exchange. No cash or check refunds will be given.

ONLINE Returns Policy
We will accept returns within 10 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on all returns. Returns will not be accepted after 10 days unless approved with a return authorization number. Otherwise, the package will be returned to sender.

Shipping
We will ship anywhere within the United States for a flat rate charge of $10.

After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that delivery dates will vary based on your location.
